Quick Egg Recipes
Eggs are to delicious, tasty, healthy and quick dish to prepare. Here are some few egg dishes to serve.....
Egg Masala
1. Boil 4 to 6 eggs. Cut them into slice or small, medium pieces.
2. Take 2 big onions, cut them into thin slices.
3. 1 Tomato sliced.
4. Salt, Turmeric, Chilly Powder.
Method:-
Heat oil in a pan or kadai, fry onions till they turn pinkish and transparent. Add sliced tomato, fry them until it becomes soft, add salt, turmeric and chilly powder according to your taste then add boiled eggs into it. Fry them for just 5 mins. Garnish coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or parathas in breakfast.
Note - adding 1 teaspoon of pav bhaji masala or chicken masala will make make your dish more tasty.
Egg Gravy
1. Boiled Eggs 4 to 6
2. 3 big finely chopped onions.
3. 2 big finely sliced tomatoes.
4. Black pepper, cloves
5. Salt, chilly powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala powder.
6. Jeera, curry leaves, coriander leaves
Method:-
Heat oil in a pan or kadai, put curry leaves, jeera fry them, add onions fry them untill they turn into pink colour and
transparent then add sliced tomatoes, fry them until it becomes soft, add
salt, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala and chilly powder fry them on high flame and add a half cup of water so that it becomes soft. Now lower the flame then add egg yolks into it. Crush them and let them cook with all the masala, this will make your gravy thicker. Then add water according to the gravy after cooking for 10 to 15 min. add boiled
eggs into it. Garnish them with coriander leaves serve hot with roti, bread or rice.
